ModBase Code of Conduct

Our Pledge

We commit to fostering an open, respectful, and harassment-free environment for everyone involved in the ModBase community, including contributors, maintainers, users, and partners. We expect all participants to uphold these values.

Our Standards

Examples of expected behavior include:

  • Treating others with respect and professionalism
  • Being inclusive to all regardless of background, identity, or experience
  • Communicating constructively and thoughtfully
  • Respecting differing opinions and feedback
  • Reporting any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct

Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
  • Offensive or derogatory language and imagery
  • Personal attacks or insults
  • Disruptive behavior that impedes collaboration
  • Publishing private information without consent

Enforcement

Incidents of unacceptable behavior should be reported to support@modbase.dev or through designated moderation channels.

All reports will be reviewed promptly, confidentially, and with respect for the safety of all parties involved. The ModBase moderation team is responsible for determining and enforcing appropriate actions, which may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community.

Users may request a review of enforcement actions by contacting our support team. Appeals will be considered in good faith but decisions of the moderation team are final.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all spaces managed by ModBase, including:

  • GitHub repositories and issue trackers
  • Communication channels (e.g., Discord, Slack)
  • Public events and conferences related to ModBase
